Diagnosis: Subject appears to be non-responsive. Massive trauma to the brain stem and spine. Contusions and likely brain trauma to frontal lobes. Signs of inflammation and auto immune damage to the insular cortex from unknown pathogen.
Implants related to direct neural interface and socialization appear to have been removed manually, which can be attributed to some of the existing damage.
Hands and arms show multiple small broken bones, lacerations, and bruising, all of which appears self-inflicted.
Trauma to the mouth and jaws including dislocated mandible also appear to be self-inflicted.
Subject is malnourished, dehydrated, suffering from blood loss and unspecified infection resulting in Cytokine storm reaction.
Blood work and full pathological analysis to follow.
Recommendation: Administer hemoglobin and fluids. Constant monitoring suggested. Brain scan recommended once patient has been stabilized.

Pathological analysis: Subject appears to be suffering from severe autoimmune attack brought upon by infection of unknown nanomachine infection.
The nanomachines resemble designs used by criminal organization “Sansha’s Nation.”, but have distinctly different processes. Attempts to colonize the subject’s implants facilitated removal. Replacement will proceed upon positive prognosis. Additional colonization appears to have been disrupted in brain regions due to extreme immune reaction.
RECOMMEND EMP-treatment with follow up magnetic resonance scans to pinpoint areas for retreatment.
Subject appears to be producing T-cells and macrophages at 400% the normal rate. Cellular stress has required multiple cellular metabolism treatments. Liver and kidneys are remarkably healthy despite the dehydration of the subject.
Subject also appears to have higher than baseline dopamine and epinephrine levels, even at this time.
Additionally, there appears to be a widespread nano-bacterial infection. 15% of the cellular material sampled show likely infection, rising to 50% of nerve tissue.
Current impact of the bacterial infection (colonization?) unknown, although no immune response has been identified.

Unknown life cycle. Metabolism indicates ability to fix heavy metals into the cells themselves. Bone cells, show enhanced levels or rare-earth metals as well as titanium. – See prior nanomachine infection.
Similarities to species in Jovian space, but the subject has never been recorded entering Jovian space.
Likelihood of bacterial species being engineered, HIGH.
