At 4:32 standard new Eden, a transmission was detected being sent to all NRTF pilots, the transmission has stopped and scientists are busy decoding the message, stay tuned for the message, estimates say message decoding could take up to a month.

our esteemed science team got themselves killed during our last war. before their deaths the sent out what they had translated, this is what we have of the message, seems more like a riddle to find something to me personally.
"in skies Eagles frequent, Where Odin's eyes should gather, a video in a bottle is shrouded by blazing light."
i wonder where that would be... Please help me find this location

After much fruitless searching of the systems of new Eden reaping no message, apart from the occasional advert for new spice - the pod goo that make yoo you -, many have turned to take a closer look at the riddle.
we believe the eagle reference hints to gallente space, as for odin's eyes, perhaps it did not mean the literal eye of Odin...

do to the skill-full work from elisk and malik we have deciphered the riddle, after tracking down the message we found it to contain a holo with the link www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3pRoYim1Ig&list=UUKbnV0oEke0G6pzZNH5uVHQ after watching it and following the link within the video, we found out that that a unknown stranger within a jungle planet needed our help and malik went to investigate, |

The thought coincided with the warp bubble’s collapse as Scarab made his silent entry to the system.
Malik stretched out her mind’s fingers and felt the relative warmth of the suns rays on her silvered skin. Cloak active, launchers primed and loaded she guided her ghostly chariot towards the target planet.
“I hope this is worth our time”
The request for aid had been targeted and specific....and as the closest and most skilled covert ops pilot available to the corp it made sense for her to be the one to have the first look.
Nothing was obvious in system. No targets were resolved in orbit and no pilots were broadcasting through local channels.
“Just because you can’t see anyone it does not mean they are not there.”
She double checked the passive information that Scarabs systems were receiving as he made his slow orbit of the target planet. No comms traffic, no EM spikes, thermal signatures or active systems were detected.
“Guess no one is home?”
Her mind prickled as she disarmed the safeties on the bank of thermal torpedoes at her finger tips.
“Perhaps we should knock?” she thought to herself.
